Terry Lea Hamilton is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 3rd. Hopefully the judge will order the dogs be released for adoption or Terry will sign them over to be adopted. 30 of the dogs are scheduled to be spayed/neutered by UCAN (and also Dr. Meakin) on the afternoon of November 3rd.
Tri State CART has tenatively scheduled an ADOPTION DAY for Nov. 6th at 10am at the Anderson Family Pet Center,6666 Clough Pike, 45244. Anyone wishing to be added to a list of potential adopters should contact the Brown County Humane Society BEFORE Nov. 6th (937) 378-2097 so the information that is needed can be gathered and verified. By providing the humane society with the number (or numbers) of the dog (or dogs) from their website www.tristatecart.com that you are interested in, they will add you to the list for that dog.
Please also visit the Anderson Family Pet Center to purchase items for your pets, get them groomed and/or utilize the boarding services to help thank Daryl, the owner of that store, for his 'above and beyond' generosity in helping CART with items Tri State CART needed.
The brindle mixed-breed female (#17) gave birth on Oct. 23rd to 8 beautiful, multi-colored pups. Mom and pups are doing well. You can see the photo on the Brown County Dogs page.
